| • Our referral coordinators are available Monday through Friday and will contact clients directly to schedule a consultation with our specialist. | • All emergency referrals require a phone call to the on-duty ER doctor prior to transfer. |
| • All patient records must be sent promptly through our referral portal or emailed to VERCreferral@nva.com. | |
| • Please advise owners to bring their pet to our facility immediately. We do not routinely contact owners to confirm estimated arrival times or additional details. |
